We are a recognized leader in our field, consistently featured on the Inc. 5000 list, and we are looking for an ABM Director to lead our enterprise campaign strategy and drive growth through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Account-Based Marketing strategies tailored for our Enterprise Business Unit.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison to revenue leadership, fostering collaboration with account teams to hit pipeline goals.
- Create programming that supports new business, expansion, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to pinpoint high-value targets and build effective growth plans.
- Coordinate with the Demand Generation team to ensure our ABM efforts align with broader global strategies.
- Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and the targeting of ideal customer profiles.
- Analyze performance data and ROI to optimize budget efficiency and campaign success.
- Maintain and manage detailed reporting dashboards to track key metrics.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a specific focus on Account-Based Marketing.
- A proven history of running successful ABM campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience facilitating account planning sessions with sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong skills in communicating marketing strategies and data-driven insights to leadership.
- Expertise across digital channels, including paid media, SEM, social, event marketing, and content strategy.
- A solid understanding of current trends in Cloud, SaaS, and GenAI.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, PowerBI, SFDC, and 6sense.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and lean enterprise environment.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
