Skills/Experience:
An Ab Initio Technical Lead with primary focus of this position to provide
technology leadership, technological recommendations and reusable solutions
that support the development and implementation of  DW/BI solutions in
Business Insurance area.

Requirements:
Candidate must be experienced working in  ETL based projects involving Ab
Initio
Other ideal qualifications include experiences in:
* Ab Initio (Technical Expert)
* Understands where to obtain information needed to make the appropriate
decisions
* Demonstrates ability to break down a problem to manageable pieces and
implement effective, timely solutions
* Identifies the problem versus the symptom

Responsibilities:
* Under the direction of the Portfolio Architect, assists with ETL design
and solutions
* Supports maintenance of plans to address significant architecture gaps
between current and target state
* Collaborates with business leaders to determine how to best use technology
to enable growth and success (e.g. operational reporting and advanced
analytics).
* Participates in defining and driving architecture competencies, processes,
and best practices across Business Insurance.
* Understands potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems,
processes or projects. Articulates and documents designs, considering
tradeoffs, costs, and benefits.
* Participates in day-to-day execution of the architecture strategy
* Works within a single project to develop, communicate, and mentor others
on design/implementation standards, guidelines and best practices
* Stakeholder Management

Skills:
* 7-8 years of work experience in Ab Initio
* Good analytical and logical skills in writing SQLs, Stored Procedures and
creating Marts/Views in Oracle
* A good end to end knowledge in ETL landscape; starting from source system,
warehouse, mart and reports
* Very strong ETL Concepts and hands-on experience on Ab Initio ETL Tool
(Basic & Advanced)
* 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working within a highly-matrixed organization
* Strong communication and presentation skills
