Key outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the implementation of 3DX TRM and Test Manager.
- Facilitate the rollout of 3DX tools for requirements and DVP management.
- Define and document standardized processes for managing requirements and DVP within the 3DX environment.
- Lead the transition and cut-over process from Jama to 3DX TRM and Test Manager.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and user manuals to support team adoption.
- Perform regression testing to maintain system stability and functionality.
- Provide hands-on support for user testing, validation, and post-live troubleshooting.
- Assist with DFMEA implementation, including data migration and template development.
- Manage project documentation, coordinate meetings, and prepare communication materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of professional experience in the field.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with 3DX.
- Understanding of material properties, such as plastics, composites, and metals, as well as manufacturing processes like injection molding, stamping, and welding.
- Familiarity with DVP, DFMEA, and PFEMA principles.
- Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with the final offer determined by your specific qualifications, experience, and location. We provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees, which includes:
