Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior 3D Marketing Animator to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Turkey. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and wants to play a central part in the creative execution of our marketing initiatives from start to finish.
Your impact
- Develop high-quality, eye-catching 3D animations that drive our marketing campaigns and boost user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with our User Acquisition team to analyze performance data and iterate on creative concepts that resonate with our audience.
- Partner with game designers and developers to translate core game mechanics, characters, and environments into compelling marketing visuals that maintain high performance across various platforms.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a skilled artist with a strong grasp of 3D fundamentals and a passion for gaming. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Maya, Cinema 4D, and Redshift.
- Deep experience with character rigging, lighting, and shading techniques.
- Strong proficiency in digital visualization tools including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A solid understanding of color theory and the ability to optimize render settings for maximum visual impact.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with editing and implementing animated assets within Unity.
