The opportunity
As our next Senior 3D Designer you will shape the look and feel of the digital items that power our flagship fan applications. Your work will sit at the center of our product, turning creative briefs from world-class esports organizations into polished, real-time 3D assets that fans collect, trade, and show off. Because we operate fully remote, you can contribute from anywhere while staying closely connected to both the creative and engineering teams.
A day in the life
- Design, model, and animate distinctive 3D avatars and collectibles that will be released to millions of fans.
- Produce clean, optimized GLB files that run smoothly on both web and mobile, balancing visual fidelity with performance.
- Meet directly with esports partners to translate their vision into wearables and props, iterating quickly based on their feedback.
Who you are
You bring at least three years of hands-on experience creating detailed 3D characters and props for interactive projects. Your portfolio shows a clear progression from concept to final, real-time assets, and you are comfortable working in industry-standard modeling and texturing tools. You understand the constraints of real-time graphics and know how to optimize geometry, materials, and textures for the web and mobile. You communicate clearly in English and take pride in pixel-perfect detail. A genuine interest in gaming, esports, or web3 culture is a welcome bonus.
