About the Role
We are looking for an Intern Engineer to join our team in Wellington for a 2024/5 internship. This is a junior-level opportunity where you will work within our product and technology teams. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of software development, from initial design and discovery to building and testing solutions. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of modern technologies, including AWS, C#, React, Swift, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile environment to contribute to frequent releases and continuous software improvement.
- Write and deploy code for new features and bug fixes directly into a production environment.
- Explore and understand complex architectural concerns within our large enterprise technology stack.
Requirements
To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be available for full-time work between November 2024 and February 2025.
- You should currently be in the penultimate year of your studies in a relevant field.
- You should have a strong interest in engineering and a desire to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is based in New Zealand and operates under a hybrid work model.
