What you bring
We are looking for a junior professional to join our 2024 Technology Analyst Program on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. The program spans 24 months and includes up to four six-month rotations across Cyber Security, Customer Experience, Data Engineering, Digital Workplace and Corporate Systems, Software Engineering, Technology Operations and Engineering, and Technology Business Operations and Project Management. You will work on technical projects such as full-stack development, infrastructure development, machine learning, AI and big data initiatives, cyber security, technology support, project management, and business operations. You will also take part in skills-based learning and contribute to our culture through engagement and volunteer opportunities. The role is located at our global headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
Requirements
Ideal candidates have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related technical field. Prior internship or co-op experience in technology is valued, along with a basic understanding of programming principles such as Java, Python, C, HTML, CSS, and SQL. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a willingness to learn across multiple technology functions, and the ability to work on-site are essential. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
