We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team and help drive the digital transformation of physical operations. As the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, Samsara helps industries like agriculture, manufacturing, and transportation harness IoT data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for mid-sized customers.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify new business opportunities and expand our market reach.
- Lead complex negotiations and manage trials for deals typically ranging from $20,000 to $100,000.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of diverse business models to effectively demonstrate the value of our sensor data solutions.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Proven ability to independently close new business deals exceeding $10,000 in annual revenue.
- Full professional fluency in both English and French.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt within a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
Nice-to-haves
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling into the midmarket sector with a focus on medium to large deal sizes.
- Familiarity with SFDC for pipeline and account management.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share best practices with the team.
