服务器端广告插入（Server-Side Ad Insertion，简称 SSAI）是现代广告支持型流媒体业务的基石。我们团队的核心工作在于扩展分布式系统，对流媒体内容进行变现，同时容纳大量并发用户，始终保持高可靠性和低延迟。凭借我们的专业技术和对创新的执着追求，我们努力实现内容变现的同时，也确保为用户提供流畅无缝的观看体验。
现诚招一位才华横溢且经验丰富的资深软件工程师加入我们的团队。在这一角色中，您将负责开发与维护基于 Elixir 的分布式系统，确保其性能、可靠性和可扩展性。
工作职责：
1. 开发与维护基于 Elixir 的分布式系统
2. 设计、构建并维护高性能、高可靠、可扩展的系统
3. 与其他工程师及团队紧密协作，确保各组件与系统的无缝集成
4. 编写整洁、可维护、高效的代码
5. 指导团队内高级工程师进行系统设计与编码工作
6. 执行代码审查，为其他工程师提供建设性反馈
7. 诊断并调试生产环境问题，及时提供解决方案
8. 保持对最新 Elixir 及相关技术和框架的了解与掌握
9. 参与制定最佳实践、标准与指南
职位要求：
1. 受认证的本科以上学历且拥有 5 年及以上软件开发经验
2. 精通 Elixir、Erlang、OTP 及相关技术和框架，具备相关经验者优先；我们亦欢迎对学习 Elixir 感兴趣的申请者
3. 具有设计与开发高性能、高可靠、可扩展系统及应用的经验
4. 熟悉分布式系统、微服务与容器化技术
5. 熟悉数据库技术，如 PostgreSQL 和 Redis
6. 出色的沟通、协作与解决问题的能力
7. 具备独立工作及与分布式团队远程协作的能力
8. 流利的英语沟通技能
