The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Specialist to take the lead on our programmatic and direct advertising efforts. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand awareness and audience engagement strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute media buys across premium video, audio, and display channels. This position is a perfect fit for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to help us redefine the future of banking in Canada.
A day in the life
- Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies that align with our broader marketing objectives.
- Take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and manage budgets to ensure we are maximizing our return on investment while identifying the best audience segments for our messaging.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of two years spent managing programmatic, private, and guaranteed buys through DSPs. You possess a post-secondary degree in a field such as business, marketing, or communications. You are comfortable negotiating with major publishers and have a deep understanding of multi-channel campaign optimization. Because you will be communicating complex data, you have strong analytical and presentation skills, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities in English.
