What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-level position perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and wants to make a tangible impact in the crypto space. You will be working from anywhere in the world to help us grow our presence and engage with our community.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute engaging, original content across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord that maintains our brand voice while staying fresh and relevant.
- Act as a primary advocate for our brand by participating in social conversations, answering community questions, and building meaningful connections.
- Track and analyze the performance of your social media initiatives to provide actionable insights and maximize the impact of our campaigns.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in content creation, campaign management, and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who excels at storytelling and has a deep understanding of social media management within the tech industry. Key qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience managing social media for a tech company, with preference given to those with crypto-specific experience.
- Superior writing skills and the ability to craft clear, concise, and creative prose.
- Fluency in English and a deep familiarity with the cultures of platforms like Crypto Twitter, Discord, and Reddit.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and translate them into practical communication strategies.
