About the Role

We are searching for a Director of Business Development to join our team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our digital services within our Dallas Studio. You will be instrumental in building lasting partnerships with clients by deeply understanding their unique challenges and presenting tailored solutions. To be successful, you must have established relationships with at least five key leaders at local Fortune 500 companies, such as CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, or VPs of Product and Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by researching potential clients, executing strategic prospecting plans, and generating leads through networking and outreach.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including conducting presentations, addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Maintain high-level client relationships by providing exceptional service, listening to feedback, and proactively identifying new opportunities to deliver value.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically selling to relevant buyers.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for sales outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A results-oriented approach with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively while embodying our core company values.

Location

This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas, within the United States.
