Position Summary:  We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director, Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our digital services for the Dallas Studio. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that address their specific challenges. The successful candidate must demonstrate existing relationships with at least five key leaders at local Fortune 500 various companies where our services can make an immediate impact. Key leaders may include roles such as CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, VP of Application Development, or VP of Product.  This position is a Hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and research potential clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
    • Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and pain points.
    • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target market.
  • Sales Process:
    • Qualify leads and assess their potential.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations.
    • Address customer objections and concerns.
    • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Proactively identify and address client needs.
    • Actively listen to clients to uncover opportunities for our services to provide value.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Track sales performance and pipeline activity.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Share best practices and knowledge with the studio leadership team.

Required Education and Experience :

    • 5+ years proven experience in sales or business development roles, selling to current buyers of our services
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital tools for sales outreach and communication.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
