The opportunity
We are looking for a Contract Marketing Associate to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be the engine behind our marketing campaigns, ensuring that our messaging reaches the right people at the right time. You will sit at the intersection of creativity and operations, helping us manage our digital presence and ensuring that every deal we secure gets the visibility it deserves. This is a hybrid role that requires someone who is ready to jump into a high-energy environment and help us maintain our position as a leader in the rewards space.
A day in the life
- You will coordinate and organize marketing materials across our app, website, social media channels, and CRM platforms to ensure our campaigns run smoothly.
- You will craft engaging content for our external marketing efforts and manage the assets that keep our platforms looking sharp and performing well.
- You will work alongside our internal teams and external partners to solve operational challenges and analyze performance data to help us improve our future strategies.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is organized, agile, and ready to learn. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have a year of marketing experience under your belt, we want to hear from you. You should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- You are fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese, which allows you to communicate effectively with our diverse stakeholders.
- You possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and you are comfortable using Excel to track your progress and insights.
- You are a natural collaborator who enjoys working with different teams and is passionate about creating content that resonates with our users.
