With over 6,000 retail partners and a commitment to sustainability, we are looking for a Brand Manager to join our hybrid team in Canada and help us continue our mission-driven growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product category strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
- Analyze category trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to inform our brand positioning.
- Create consistent messaging and point-of-sale materials across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Sales, Innovation, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Oversee the brand marketing budget, tracking expenses to ensure resources are used effectively.
- Design strategies that boost consumer engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in brand marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to implement effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in analyzing consumer data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Creative mindset for developing compelling product messaging.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a genuine love for pets.
- Fluency in English.
