We are hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage high volumes of inbound leads, conduct structured qualification conversations, and schedule quality demos for our Account Executives. Key outcomes

Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone, text, and email channels.
Conduct structured qualification conversations using established scripts to identify customer intent.
Route leads appropriately and schedule qualified demos for Account Executives.
Record all activity accurately within our CRM system while meeting daily call, activity, and quality standards.
Maintain focus, organization, and consistency throughout each workday in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone for a significant portion of the day.
Ability to follow scripts, processes, and daily activity expectations with precision.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and consistent work ethic.
Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and a reliable approach to work.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
