Role at a glance

This is a full-time, junior-level position based in our Cardiff office. We operate with a hybrid model, meaning you will need to be within commuting distance of Cardiff or Bristol to visit the office a few times per month. You will work directly with our prestigious investment banking clients to ensure regulatory compliance, all while receiving comprehensive training through our internal Academy.

Your impact

Perform thorough due diligence and risk assessments on various individuals and entities.
Monitor transactions to detect potential suspicious activity while ensuring strict adherence to AML and regulatory frameworks.
Analyze internal processes and controls to provide actionable insights and clear documentation for stakeholders.

What you'll need

We are looking for candidates who possess a degree in Law or Criminology with a 2:1 or higher. While no prior experience is required, you should demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a strong, proactive mindset. You must be comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and possess the communication skills necessary to engage with diverse teams. Fluency in English is required, along with a genuine interest in financial services and legal compliance.
