Lead the development of our customer-facing applications.
Author high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
Intrinsic motivation and a genuine passion for technology.
Proven technical proficiency with Python and Flask, AWS, API development, Spark, and SQL.
The flexibility and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience working within the fintech sector or at a startup is highly valued.
