Posit is an open-source data science company the individual, team and enterprise. Posit, PBC empowers data scientists to use the open-source tools they know and love with the centralized management, security, and support they need at work. Our mission is to create open-source software for data science, scientific research, and technical communication–driving positive change through data regardless of economic means. Posit is a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) and a Certified B Corporation®, which means our open-source mission is codified into our charter. As a result, our corporate decisions balance the community's interests, customers, employees, and shareholders.
