Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior C++ Analyst Programmer and Team Leader to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our international group of experts.

Your impact

Lead the development of a Linux-based industrial cybersecurity product designed to defend networks against sophisticated attacks.
Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of about five people, balancing technical leadership with project oversight.
Drive quality assurance by implementing unit tests and integrating automated testing for all core modules.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of total work experience. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise:

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
More than 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, including architecture development and task prioritization.
Strong background in Linux software development within the embedded space.
A foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Exceptional communication skills in English, paired with a proactive, resilient, and critical mindset.
The ability to foster team motivation and handle complex conflict resolution with an open mind.
