What is this role?

This is a full-time position designed for someone with at least one year of experience in technical support. This role is perfect for a junior-level professional who is ready to dive into application troubleshooting and hardware support.

What will you do?

You will act as the first point of contact for technical support, handling maintenance and troubleshooting for both hardware and software within a Microsoft Windows environment.
You will manage and track incoming issues using ServiceNow, ensuring that every ticket is resolved effectively or escalated to the appropriate development team.
You will provide hands-on support for mobile platforms, including iOS and Android devices, while performing functional testing to ensure new solutions are ready for deployment.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in technology and a passion for helping others. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

A degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience.
At least one to three years of experience in application development support.
Strong proficiency with Mobile Device Management and troubleshooting mobile hardware and software.
Excellent communication skills in English, which will help you document processes and guide users through technical issues.
A collaborative mindset and a basic understanding of the application development lifecycle.

What's in it for you?

We believe in supporting our team members by providing a flexible work environment. This role offers the benefit of remote work, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively while contributing to our ongoing projects.
