The role

We are looking for a Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a foundational role where you will have the opportunity to build our reseller network from the ground up. You will be responsible for defining our strategy and processes to ensure our products reach a wider audience, making a direct and measurable impact on our growth.

Core responsibilities

Identify and engage potential reseller partners who share our commitment to quality and security.
Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements and cultivate long-term professional relationships.
Develop and implement comprehensive processes for onboarding, training, and tracking the performance of our reseller network.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in business development or sales, particularly within B2C hardware or niche markets. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

Proven expertise in managing reseller partnerships and driving sales growth.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, paired with a talent for building lasting professional connections.
A strategic mindset with the capability to create scalable processes from the ground up.
