Imagine a workspace where technical precision meets the art of human connection. We are a team dedicated to building sophisticated payment solutions, and we are currently looking for someone to help us bridge the gap between complex backend systems and our clients. Our mission is to make our Payments AI public API accessible and successful for everyone we work with. We value a culture of collaboration, where experts support one another and meaningful projects are the norm.

The opportunity

As an Integration Consultant, you will serve as the vital link between our backend developers and our clients. This is a full-time role designed for a proactive individual who enjoys both deep technical challenges and the nuances of client management. You will take ownership of the integration process, ensuring that our partners successfully navigate our API while keeping our product roadmap aligned with their actual business needs. Whether you prefer working from your home office or visiting us in person, you will be a key part of our Scrum teams.

A day in the life

You will lead direct communication with our clients, organizing meetings and managing their expectations to ensure every integration goes smoothly.
You will tackle technical hurdles by investigating integration issues, writing features for our public API, and creating robust unit and integration tests.
You will collaborate closely with our Proxy Product Owner to gather business requirements and contribute to the clarity of our public API documentation.

Who you are

You are a problem solver with 1 to 2 years of experience as a junior developer or software consultant. You have a solid grasp of REST architecture, SQL, and AWS services, and you are comfortable working with TypeScript. Because you will be working in a global environment, you possess a C1 level of proficiency in both English and Polish. You are detail-oriented, you enjoy writing clear documentation, and you have a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Why you'll love it here

We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. We offer a competitive salary range of PLN 19,000 to PLN 33,000. Beyond the numbers, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Flexible hours that allow you to balance your work and personal life.
The freedom to choose your work environment, whether that is fully remote, hybrid, or on-site.
Generous paid time off to recharge.
A quarterly stipend of 750 PLN to put toward your health insurance or sports activities.
Access to a dedicated mentoring program to help you grow your career alongside top-notch experts.
