What is this role?

We are hiring a Shopify Brand Management Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is eager to grow their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be working with a team that values proactive communication and creative problem-solving.

What will you do?

Oversee and refine our Shopify listings to ensure that our product catalog remains accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with our operations department to assist with fulfillment tasks and ensure our product launches go off without a hitch.
Handle ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation while supporting promotional activities through tools like Shopify Scripts and launchpad.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a horizontal team structure where initiative is encouraged. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and possesses the following qualifications:

Strong technical proficiency in Excel, specifically with Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
Hands-on experience managing Shopify, including mass SKU imports and catalog maintenance.
A proven ability to write and improve standard operating procedures.
Familiarity with tools such as Looker, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is considered a plus.
A proactive mindset and the desire to suggest new efficiencies for our brand management processes.
