Forest Hills Capital Management is a pioneering private equity firm established in 2008 located in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. Along with investing capital, we work with management and owners of middle market and large companies in transforming their businesses into highly-successful endeavors through a variety of methods, including buyouts, recapitalizations and restructurings. We work closely with management to provide them the time, talent and resources the company needs to execute on its mission and vision. We are active investors providing advice, consulting and access to our network. We do not operate the company on a day-to-day basis; therefore, we require the appropriate reporting and control structures, as well as strong management teams.
