Evident ID is hiring a Senior Software Engineer. We are looking for a person located in Atlanta, Georgia, US.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software, including both new features and maintenance of existing systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and support, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the development process

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

Experience with JVM development (Java, Scala, or Kotlin)

Experience with Scala or willingness to learn it

Experience with relational database design, preferably PostgreSQL

Product oriented, technology agnostic, and pragmatic approach to problem solving

Experience with developing cloud native applications

Focus on code quality: simplicity, testability, maintainability, documentation

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines, and remain flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
