Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be responsible for overseeing our multi-year development strategy and ensuring we hit our annual fundraising targets.

Your impact

Drive our annual giving campaigns and event-based sponsorships to meet and exceed our financial goals.
Build and manage a robust Major Gifts program, focusing on securing contributions of $1,000 and above.
Optimize our use of Salesforce to track donor engagement, manage prospect pipelines, and streamline our stewardship efforts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in business development and fundraising. We are looking for someone who excels at:

Crafting compelling written content to support our campaigns and grant applications.
Managing the full donor lifecycle, from initial identification and cultivation to long-term stewardship.
Leveraging social media platforms to expand our reach and maximize fundraising impact.
Maintaining high standards of data integrity and system optimization within Salesforce.
Communicating effectively in English to engage stakeholders and potential partners.
