Alloy Automation provides an advanced integration development platform that enables companies like Amazon, Best Buy, Xero, and Typeform to launch SaaS integrations with remarkable speed. While the demand for integrations continues to rise as the SaaS ecosystem expands, many organizations still struggle with the slow and difficult process of building them in-house. We solve this problem by replacing outdated practices, allowing our clients to stop worrying about integration infrastructure and focus entirely on their core missions. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States.

Key outcomes

Take ownership of our marketing function to drive significant growth, managing the pipeline for our Flow and Embedded offerings while establishing a repeatable strategy for long-term success.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with revenue goals, taking direct responsibility for the marketing department's contribution to the sales pipeline and overall revenue.
Partner with leadership to define revenue targets, focusing on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and supporting deal closure.
Establish a robust feedback loop between the product and sales teams to refine our messaging, positioning, and advertising efforts based on performance data.
Lead our lead generation efforts as an individual contributor, supported by a developer advocate, to attract technical buyers from the FinTech, Commerce, and B2B SaaS sectors through inbound campaigns, events, and ABM programs.
Develop a strong operational foundation to accurately track performance, attribution, and future growth predictions.
Craft effective strategies that resonate with the specific needs of Product, Engineering, IT, and Partnership leaders.

Requirements

Over 10 years of experience managing and executing marketing strategies, including expertise in field marketing, SEO, paid search, social media, and demand generation.
A proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets, particularly within technical B2B SaaS environments.
Prior experience acting as a first marketer or an early marketing leader in a growing company.
Deep familiarity with marketing to both technical and non-technical buyers, including experience engaging with CIOs, VPs of Product, and Directors of IT.
A strategic mindset that allows you to oversee the entire marketing spectrum while remaining capable of executing tactical tasks during our early growth stages.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on hiring, coaching, and motivating team members to work efficiently and effectively.
Fluency in English.
