With international partners routing their ecommerce deliveries through our network and new parcel sortation facilities launching across the U.S., the next phase of growth is even more explosive. To support this scale, we’re investing heavily in technology. Our engineering team is building a highly scalable platform using microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka RabbitMQ, and Azure-native cloud services. Over the coming years, we’ll be diving deep into warehouse automation, AI, ML, IoT, and advanced data technologies. Our primary engineering hub in Bengaluru, India is central to our vision. Since launching our wholly owned subsidiary there in June 2022, the team has become fully operational—and we’re committed to long-term growth, talent development, and leadership investment in the region.
